The Young Collector With Old-School Taste
Albert is a cheerful primary school student with a
passion for cardboard, dice and plastic pawns. But not
just any kind - he collects vintage Polish board games
from the PRL era. His classmates may collect stickers…
but Albert? Full-blown nostalgia and pride.
He gets a little help from his dad, who`s a
living encyclopedia of 80s childhood treasures.
Together, they track down long-forgotten classics
and recreate weekend gaming rituals - now relived
across generations (but with fewer mustaches).
Kick-Off With a Classic
Albert loves football of all kinds - real, digital, and
especially the spring-loaded tabletop version. One
of his prized games features plastic players that
"kick" a ball with precision-powered flicks.
Getting the ball into the net requires timing,
luck, and physics. A full-pitch goal is like
spotting a unicorn. Dad compares it to bicycle kicks
in slippers. Both agree: chaotic perfection.
Whodunnit & Buy It All!
Some games never fade. Albert proudly owns
“Detektyw” and “Super Monopoly” - beloved Polish
versions of Cluedo and Monopoly that bring deduction
and capitalism to the family table.
Dad recalls solving kitchen murders and building
hotel empires. He once bankrupted his aunt in a
single turn. Now Albert carries on the game night
legacy with his own tactical mind.
Sink the Fleet, Collect Them All
Enter “Manewry Morskie” - a naval strategy epic where
you become Admiral of the Fleet, commanding ships
in a battle of precision and wits. Albert adores
this challenge and plays with full focus.
With dozens of retro games now in his collection,
Albert dreams of seeing them digitally revived.
Pixelated pawns? Yes. Springy footballers in 4K?
Absolutely. Board game dreams do come true.
